The fine print.... The first rule...Don't
worry about a thing! Everything we do comes with paper products,
cups and serving utensils. (some places actually charge for that!!)
You need to do NOTHING but enjoy! You will be ready to rock and
roll! For your convenience, a service charge of 15% will be added to
all invoices (Monday-Friday 3pm).
A 20% service charge will be added for orders served
Friday 3pm thru Sunday.
If you need to cancel or reduce... Due to the extensive amount of
planning that goes into each order, all cancellations or reductions
must be made by 4:00pm of the previous business day to receive a
full refund. Cancel the day of your event before 9am and receive a
50% refund. And sorry...cancellations or reductions made after 9am
on the scheduled day will receive no refund.

Hot Meals
The following selections are perfect for corporate luncheons and feature innovative and delicious meals that will garner you compliments and kudos!
Keep in mind that we need 48 hour notice and
a minimum of 12 people.
All hot buffets are served with your choice of two sides,
house salad and house made dinner rolls.
To make your life easier all our meals are priced
the same and include desserts!
The hardest thing you have to do is choose.

Chicken breast skewers dusted with Caribbean spices and grilled.
Baked Meatloaf
Made in house with our own red wine demi-glace.
This will make the men very happy!
Fajita Bar
Steak and chicken with sautéed onion and peppers. Shredded lettuce,
our own salsa, guacamole, sour cream and Cheddar cheese served with
soft flour tortillas. (One side choice)A guaranteed crowd pleaser!
Dill Salmon
Gorgeous salmon filets are topped with a fresh dill cream sauce. One
for the ladies!
Chicken Cordon Bleu
Grilled then topped with Virginia smoked ham, stone ground Dijon
mustard sauce, Swiss cheese and fresh grated Parmesan.
Luau Pork Medallions
Marinated and grilled with fresh pineapples, bell pepper, red onion
and our homemade sweet and sour sauce.
Santa Fe Chicken
Marinated and grilled chicken breast on a bed of
black beans topped with cheddar and jack cheeses tomatoes and
scallions. (counts as one side choice)
Chicken Parmesan
Plump chicken breast coated with Italian bread crumbs, house made
marina sauce and piled high with Mozzarella cheese.
Rosemary Chicken
Tender grilled chicken breast lightly seasoned and grilled with
fresh aromatic rosemary .Perfect for the dieters!
Penne Portobello
Topped with pesto sauce and lots of grilled mushroom caps, fresh tomatoes and freshly grated Parmesan cheese.
Spinach and Cheese Manicotti
Fresh spinach, herbs and cheeses rolled in pasta and topped with house made marina sauce, Mozzarella and parmesan cheese.
Tortellini Primavera
Tons of fresh vegetables tossed with fresh herbs and olive oil and parmesan cheese.
